In an effort to promote increased recycling and responsible refuse disposal the following requirements will be imposed, under the provisions of MGL c. 111, §§ 31A and 31B, upon all companies permitted to collect, haul, and dispose of residential waste and recyclable material in the Town of Blackstone.
