§ 188B-2. Permit required to collect or transport residential waste.

No person shall collect or transport residential waste through the streets of the Town of Blackstone without first obtaining a permit from the Board of Health. Residential waste consists only of waste received from residential dwellings and does not include industrial or commercial waste or waste generated by business located in a residential zone.
